Overview
Relax with the whole family at our peaceful cabin right on beautiful Rangeley Lake! You will enjoy slow, relaxing mornings on the screened in porch, a large lawn area to the water, docks, swim platforms, access to kayaks, canoes, and a paddle board along with a gorgeous view across Rangeley Lake. The cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a pull out couch. Comfortable for 5 guests.
In the Summer, our cabin is the perfect location to enjoy all that the Rangeley Lakes Region has to offer! With beautiful lake views and private direct lake access, there are kayaks, canoes & a SUP board available for your use during your stay! Life jackets are located in the boat house and are required when out on the lake. Our cabin also has a charcoal BBQ available for you use to enjoy an outdoor meal on the lawn, soaking in ever minute of the lakeside life!
In the Fall you can set out from our cabin to enjoy some amazing leaf peeping, hiking, hunting, or fishing and return to sip a glass of wine or enjoy a beer on the dock while the sun goes down.
In the Winter Rangeley is the perfect get away for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities. However, per HOA policy we do not allow snowmobiling at the property. The road into and parking areas are privately plowed, but to avoid any potential issues we do recommend 4 wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles in the winter.

In the summer, our apartment is a central location perfect to enjoy all that the Rangeley has to offer! The public beach/park is just a quick walk down the street, as is down town Rangeley where you can enjoy shopping and delicious bites and beverages!
In the fall you can set out from our apartment to enjoy some amazing leaf peeping and return to sip a glass of wine out on the back porch as the sun goes down.
In the winter Rangeley is the perfect place for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and other winter activities. We can accommodate a snowmobiles and have fairly direct access from the unit to the trails as well. The driveway is privately plowed, but to avoid any potential issues we do recommend all-wheel drive vehicles in the winter.
When youre not out enjoying the outdoors, our newly renovated space has fiberoptic wifi and a smart TV that you can use to login to your favorite streaming networks! We also have some fun games available for your enjoyment.
While we strive to keep the unit as neat and tidy as possible and deep clean after every stay, it is still located in rural Maine! Therefore there is always a chance a couple bugs could follow you in, especially in the summer months.
Guest access
The studio apartment is yours, in its entirety. It sits above a 2 car garage, which is hardly used. There is also a house on the property which is long term rented. Guests of our studio apartment park and enter the unit from the back, abutting the woods, fully private from the house.
Other things to note
This studio’s kitchenette is very well equipped but is still a kitchenette-- so not full stove or oven.
There is a regular full size sink, & mid-size fridge with freezer (much larger than mini fridge). Access to snowmobile trails and lake, riding from property.
For cooking It has;
-Induction single unit portable cooktop
-Large "counter top oven" and airfryer combo which has capacity for a full size chicken or 12in pizza
-Large Ninja Sizzle flat top/grill combo that you can cook just about anything on!
